WordReference.com is a great online dictionary with multiple languages. Check the bottom of each entry for links to forums where native speakers answer vocabulary questions - sometimes these forums are more helpful than the dictionary entry, and you can ask your own questions here.

www.livemocha.com is a language-learning website. You'll need to create an account (it's free) to access lessons (also free). You can also get help from native speakers on Live Mocha to improve your Spanish skills--but DO NOT share your personal information! Please get your parents' permission before creating an account on this site. If you choose to use LiveMocha or other sites like it, keep your parents updated on what you're doing.
